Shetal is the Founder and Managing Director of Karmaa Solutions, bringing over 20 years of expertise in strategic talent sourcing and organizational development. Having worked extensively with global executive search and talent intelligence firms, she possesses a deep understanding of business development across diverse global industries and verticals. Prior to founding Karmaa Solutions, Ms. Bhatnagar served as the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Strategic Talent Delivery at an international consultancy. In this role, she established a proven track record for the focused execution of global sourcing mandates and high-level talent mapping. She possesses a unique ability to align with a client’s perspective, meticulously analyzing talent landscapes and delivering high-quality sourcing leads to meet organizational objectives. Passionate about strategic connectivity, Shetal focuses on bridging the gap between global professional talent and evolving industry needs through data-driven insights and innovative sourcing methodologies.
